Are your products safe to use?
Yes, products are really gentle and safe to use. If any adverse reaction or redness occurs please stop use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
What is your product range?
We have products in 3 categories - skincare, body care and haircare. We also provide specially curated sets for gifting.
Have you tested products on animals?
We do not test our products on animals. Our products are cruelty-free.
What if I received a damaged product?
The Customers are advised that if the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of accepting delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package and immediately inform us via e-mail Glowup@astonea.org mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is sent to the Distributor at the earliest.
What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven't received it?
You need to report non-Delivery of the order, within 24 hours of receiving the notification delivery by contacting the customer care or inform us at Glowup@astonea.org Glowup has no liability for non-Delivery of the order reported after 24 hours.
Is it possible to request for change the delivery address at any point of time once the order has been placed?
If the order has been placed but not dispatched from our warehouse you need send an email from your registered e-mail id to us at Glowup@astonea.org as soon as possible requesting for the change of delivery address.
Can I change the delivery address after my order has been dispatched?
Once the order has been placed and dispatched, it would not be possible to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. If our shipper is unable to deliver the order at the address provided by you then dispatched product is automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as return and eligible for refund as per policy.

Where do you ship to?
We ship PAN India.
Will I be able to track my order?
As soon as you place the order successfully. A confirmation mail will be sent to you and at the time of your product dispatch, a tracking link will be shared to you.
What are the shipping charges on products?
Shipping charges Rs.799/- are applicable on all orders below the payable amount of INR 799/-. The applicable charges will be calculated and communicated to you at the time of order. Courier charges are non-refundable.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
It takes 2-5 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India, given that the delivery is not delayed due to concerns raised by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. If in case the delivery period exceeds the estimated time, either due to mishap or unforeseen circumstances, the Customers is notified regarding the same.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If you haven't received your order within 4-7 days of confirmation email, receiving your shipping please contact Customer care no. or write to us at Glowup@astonea.org and same will be resolved by us.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return/ exchange my order?
Returns will only be accepted for products that are physically damaged, have physical defects or if the incorrect product has been shipped. We request you to reach out to us on WhatsApp or via email on Glowup@astonea.org with an unboxing video, and photos showing the damage, defect or incorrect/ missing product, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The product doesn’t suit my skin. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, if a product doesn't suit your skin, it is not a ground for return. Skincare is subjective, and not all products will suit every person / skin. If you have any concerns on correct usage, you can reach out to us anytime and we'll do our best to guide you in using the product(s) correctly.
